If we gave you the option of changing one aspect of your site, we hope you would choose to add some sort of indication next to your links leading to PDF files. This is without a doubt one of the top ergonomic errors on my list of things that drive me nuts.

I open Acrobat at least 3 out of 5 times without wanting to because I’ve clicked a link. It wouldn’t be big job; it wouldn’t change the look of your pages; and it would be enormously useful to your users!
