Quick and simple experience feedback

Customer surveys? Focus groups? What about getting customer feedback right where the experience is, in a continuous way? Heathrow’s Terminal 5 gives people a quick and simple way of telling about their experiences with kiosks like the one pictured below that are available in different strategic points asking questions like “How was your security experience today?” and “How clean was this toilet today?”. Nice initiative on one of the busiest airports in the world.
