Congratulations to our first group of UX-PM participants certified in Montreal!

The International UX-PM Certification in User Experience (UX) is live. This certification is dedicated to project managers, product managers, account directors, and any professional working in the digital space or interactive marketing who does not have yet any experience in managing activities including UX. This program has been built in collaboration with UX Alliance, a global network of experts in user experience with members in 25 countries, of which Yu Centrik is the exclusive Canadian representative.

This certification helps to better understand what user experience is about and how it applies to project management. You will gain knowledge of what tools can be used in  implementing a UX strategy in your digital projects. Whether you want to promote and launch a UX project in your organization that does not yet practice user-centered design, manage a more mature UX operation, or make strategic decisions about UX investments KPIs, this certification is for you.

The UX–PM international program has 3 levels of certification – each level takes place over two days and concludes with a certification ceremony.
