In the process of a complete website redesign for SAQ, Sid Lee called Yu Centrik in to guarantee quality control over ergonomic aspects of the new user experience. Our analysts accompanied the designers by providing user experience recommendations throughout the project.
Yu Centrik also conducted and will continue to conduct several rounds of usability tests to validate new design proposals with real SAQ website users.
