Designing the user experience of National Bank's mobile website and application for iPhone, Android and Blackberry. Yu Centrik was involved in the project from the very beginning: we defined the user experience strategy, conducted interaction and visual design (more than 900 wireframes), and produced the demo and tutorial videos.
The new platform was developed in less than 6 months in collaboration with National Bank and CGI.
Results
- 29 000 downloads in the first month
- 11000 transactions were performed in the first 10 days of the launch.
- 4 stars on iTunes
