Task and Process Analysis
Tata Communications provides network infrastructure to the largest telecommunications companies in the world. The online client tool is used by these companies to manage their daily operations. On this contract, we worked toward a complete interface redesign for the online tool to provide customers with a personalized experience of Tata's service.
All stages of a user-centered methodology were followed: from needs analysis to prototyping to visual design to usability testing.
