Yu Centrik have been mandated to conduct usability testing to help develop the user experience for the new STM Website that is going through a redesign process.
The main purpose of this test is to validate the usability of the interaction with the new prototype regarding trip planning and more precisely the following area:
• Itinerary
• Schedules
• Transport map
• Service status
