Highlights

The purpose of the unmodarated usability testing was to identify the reason of users visit on the Website, the major issues regarding user experience and the comments of the visitors on specific aspects.

An other series of remote tests was performed with the help of a moderator to evaluate the user's interactions and behaviors with the new subvention application form.

• Validating the ease of use and efficiency of the navigation on the Website.
• Measuring user satisfaction regarding their interaction withe Ministry's Web pages.
• Evaluating the effect of changes that have been made to the Website.
